Return Policy
Orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase, at the expense of the customer, for a full refund of product cost. All items must be returned in resalable condition.
Orders can also be returned within 30 days of purchase, at the expense of the customer, to receive Savvi Credits for the value of the product returned if they are returned in resalable condition.
All orders placed using credits are Final Sale, meaning we will not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges on orders purchased with credits.
Savvi Steals are also Final Sale, meaning we will not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges for items under Savvi Steals that are purchased.
Please note: Savvi is not responsible for any shipping costs paid or associated with any order. Savvi is also not responsible for any lost returns in transit to our warehouse. Please be sure to keep the details of your tracking number until your return is complete.
Resalable Condition
Apparel: We will happily accept any unused, unworn, unwashed, and uncontaminated items that have the original tags still on. Any request for an exchange must be for the same item (Different Size or Color Permitted as long as item is available) Otherwise it will be processed as a return and Savvi credits will be added to your account for future purchases.
Beauty and Wellness: Returns of products(s) in an unopened and undamaged state will be considered resalable.
Please Note: Any items returned in unsellable condition will not be accepted and considered forfeit, unless the customer wishes to ship the items back to them at there expense.

If your return request is approved, We will contact you with further instructions on how to complete your Savvi Return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on sale items, Savvi Steals, or orders purchased with Savvi Credits.
Exchanges
If your exchange is accepted, We will contact you with further instructions on how to complete your Savvi exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase, at the expense of the customer, for a full refund of product cost. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, once we have, we will let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@savviinc.zohodesk.com.
If your refund dose not fall in the 14 Day Refund Policy, orders can also be returned within 30 days of purchase, at the expense of the customer, to receive Savvi Credits for the value of the items returns. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the return for store credit was approved or not. If approved, your credits will be automatically added to your Savvi Credits account.
