Savvi Tools - Maintenance & Support

Savvi provides complete maintenance and support, from our flagship enterprise Savvi Learning Environment to all our various desktop applications.

Under the Savvi active maintenance and support agreement, you get automatic delivery of all minor software updates and all new major releases of licensed products as soon as they become available.

Our technical support service consists of a three-tiered support model integrated with your organization. This model will cleanly and quickly handle any questions or issues that arise with our software.

How it works

  • Your internal support team (Level 1) will handle all simple inquiries as to usage of the SLE and will also be the first contact for more severe issues from your user community.
  • If your support team is unable to answer the question or resolve the issue, they contact Savvi's support team (Level 2), available 24x7 via our technical support web site.
  • Savvi also has a Level 3 support team of system development engineers that work directly with your team to solve more difficult issues and provide corrective updates if warranted.
  • If you are using our Internet-based hosted applications, they will automatically be upgraded by our own systems administration team when the new releases become available.
