Course description

The Yellow Belt course provides a basic understanding of the necessary strategies, methods, techniques and tools for enacting the improvement process.

Specifically, the Yellow Belt course teaches the fundamentals of improvement and process management by preparing people to identify measurement scales, define critical process factors, collect data, characterize processes, make easy improvements and cultivate project opportunities.
