Master Black Belt Training
* For six sigma instructors, mentors and trainers
Description
Master Black Belt Training prepares master instructors to teach six sigma, and prepares master mentors to effectively shepherd yellow belts, green belts and black belts through the completion of six sigma projects.
The training ensures an organization's own instructors/mentors achieve content mastery for the classes they will teach and/or support.
After achieving content mastery, master black belt candidates develop further as either stand-up instructors or expert project mentors.
The curriculum for the first phase of Master Black Belt Training is a core of modules that both instructors and mentors need to know, relative to their industry and operating environment.
For instructors. the second phase of training entails co-teaching and coaching related to delivery capability. For mentors, the second phase of training entails coaching related to providing technical leadership in driving and completing six sigma projects.
